The name morally, is a quiet nod to my name — Ally — and the way stories leave us with a feeling, a message, a little moral of their own. It’s not about being moralistic; it’s about storytelling and finding meaning.

By day, I’m an elementary math teacher. By night (and nap time), I’m a reader, artist, and small business owner, usually with a coffee in one hand and a Kindle in the other. I live with my wife and our almost three-year-old son, who shares my book obsession. He falls asleep surrounded by stacks of board books, and trips to the bookstore or library are some of our favorite ways to adventure.
